From the Caribbean, Abeo is a certifying full spectrum doula who brings the warmth, vibrancy and care of the islands to the families she serves on their journeys of family building. Her ultimate goal is to help you build your family and support your birth, your way. 

Inspired by her friends’ birth stories and her natural curiosity about reproductive biology, she took the scenic route to discovering her place in birth-work, with time spent in science education, and reproductive health and IVF research. Her experiences solidified the belief that parents shouldn't have to navigate this transformative life period alone.

Abeo will walk alongside you on your adventure, making sure you feel supported, empowered and informed along every step of the way, and providing the individualized care you need to feel your best

When she isn’t studying, she is an avid sports fan, plant enthusiast and vegan cook, but can most often be found lost in the pages of a good book.
